Red Giant Mustard

Red Giant Mustard is a striking heirloom variety known for its large, crinkled leaves in deep burgundy red with green undersides. This fast growing, cool season green offers a bold, spicy flavor, similar to horseradish or wasbi making it a flavorful addition to salads, stir fries, and pickling blends. 

The plant grows up to 12-18 inches tall and thrives in full sun to partial shade with well drained soil. Its vibrant color and vigorous growth make it a favorite for ornamental edible gardens, and its flavor mellows slightly when cooked or after a light frost.
