Garlic Chives

Garlic Chives, also known as Chinese chives are a hardy perennial herb with flat, grass like green leaves and a mild garlic flavor. Unlike regular chives, their taste is more garlicky than onion like, mkaing them a versatile addition to stir fries, soups, dumplingsm and savory backed goods. In late summer they produce clusters of small, white star shapped flowers that are edible and attract pollinators. 

Garlic Chives grow up to 12-24 inches tall, thrive in full sun to partial shade, and prefer well drained soil. They're easy to grow and ideal for herb gardens, borders, or containers.
